Inför varje simpass går vi igenom teknik, strategi och viktiga detaljer för open water-simning. Vi simmar tillsammans i mindre grupper och våra ledare finns alltid med i vattnet eller på SUP/kajak för trygghet och support.
För dig som är trygg i vattnet och kan simma längre sträckor (ca 1000 m+). Partner är självklart välkommen att följa med även utan simning.
