OUR NEXT CAMP - PLAYITAS!

Become a stronger swimmer over longer distances; we’ll show you how! You do not need to be an experienced distance swimmer to join this week. You only need to be able to swim 400 metres freestyle! That is your starting point. We swim 1.5 hours every day, both in the pool and in open water and every session has a clear purpose (not about just swimming more metres and hoping endurance appears). We show you how to become more efficient, more confident and faster over longer distances.
For those who want more training during the week, triathlon sessions are also available as a complement to the swim program. The triathlon training is led by Johan Hasselmark from Aktivitus, bringing extra structure and lots of experience and inspiration for anyone who wants to combine swimming with bike and run.
