With our online Open Water course, you get a structured plan that maintains and expands your fitness so you can perform as you want during your  dina race in open water/triathlon. You get 10 homework sessions to do and associated instructional videos.

 

For who? Swimmer, OW swimmer, triathlete or swimrunner. 

 

We go through this, among other things:

adaptation of arm grabs to OW, frequency, threshold speed, aiming, tactics, breathing, turns, climbs, starts, drafting.

 

Materials needed: TempoTrainer (purchased, for example, at www.swimshop.se) and preferably a sports/multisport watch that you can swim with.

 

Prerequisites: you can swim at least 400 m crawl/freestyle in a row.
